Research work carried out at universities in order to improve the quality of training, the development of the listeners and students of creative thinking, skills of independent research and the organization of scientific work. At the same time it should be directed to the education of every researcher duty to actively participate in the development of the most pressing scientific and technical issues and implementation of the results into practice.
